Custom build on your plot
You book the floor space and bring your own contractor. We design a custom stand around your brand, fabricate it in-house and build it on site: structure, model plinths, meeting rooms, feature walls and graphics.
Organizer-built structure
The organizer provides the basic structure. We upgrade it with branded walls, counters, feature elements and printed graphics so it stands apart from the row.
Featured position with your package
Sponsorship packages often come with a larger or featured position. We design the stand to carry both your brand and your sponsor status.

3D concept and renders agreed. Stand drawings go to the organizer for approval if your space type requires it.

Structure, counters and graphics are produced in-house by our team.
Build-up days
Our crew installs within the official build-up window. Exact days come with your exhibitor manual.

When should we brief UPC for a Cityscape West stand?
+We recommend sending your brief about 8 weeks before opening day, so there is time to refine the design. Short-notice requests are welcome too, because design, fabrication and crews are all in-house. Send your brief today and we will confirm a delivery schedule with your quote.
Do you build space-only stands, or can you upgrade a shell scheme?
+Both. On a space-only plot we design and build a fully custom stand around your brand. On a shell scheme package we add branded walls, counters, feature elements and graphics, all produced in-house.
What is included in a Cityscape West stand package?
+3D concept and renders, structural fabrication, graphics production, transport to the venue, on-site build within the official build-up window, and full dismantling after the show. One team, one contract.
What does the price depend on?

Do you handle the organizer's approvals for the stand?
+We prepare the stand drawings and technical details the organizer asks for and follow the rules in your exhibitor manual. Submission steps and deadlines are set by the organizer, so share the manual with your brief.
We are exhibiting from outside Saudi Arabia. Can you manage the build remotely?
+Yes. Brief us by email or video call, approve the 3D renders online, and our production team handles fabrication, delivery and installation. Your team arrives to a finished stand, ready for opening day.
Can the stand be reused at other exhibitions?
+Yes. Many stands are engineered as modular systems that can be refreshed and redeployed across several exhibitions, which lowers the cost per show.
