Scope of Work
GEA needed to enclose an active construction site for its "Passport to the World" attraction without leaving a bare, unbranded perimeter facing the public road. The hoarding had to run the full length of the site boundary and wrap multiple vehicle and pedestrian gates, while carrying co-branded sign-off from four stakeholders at once: Vision 2030, the Ministry of Culture, GEA, and the Quality of Life Program, without the design feeling cluttered.
UPC designed and produced a continuous run of printed hoarding panels in a bold, alternating color-block system: magenta, black, lime green, orange and blue, carrying a repeating pattern of stylized global-culture motifs (elephant, domed palace silhouette, crescent moon, florals) built around the "Passport to the World" headline. Each stakeholder's logo was placed in its own dedicated color block along the run rather than grouped into a single crowded lock-up, keeping the branding legible at both driving and walking speed.
Panels were fabricated and installed across the entire site perimeter, including reinforced sections at each access gate so barriers, cones and pedestrian openings could function normally throughout construction without breaking the visual pattern.
A cohesive, highly visible branded perimeter that concealed the active build site behind on-theme graphics for the full length of the boundary and every gate, giving passersby a clear read on the "Passport to the World" campaign and its four sponsoring bodies well before the attraction itself opened.
